Daniel has over 10 years commercial experience, encompassing negotiation, contract management, finance and business planning. During this time, he has developed a reputation as a talented relationship manager and strategist, with an enviable track record of delivering profitable partnerships across Europe, Asia and North America.
A graduate of the John Viola Academy for Professional Football Agents, Daniel’s industry expertise are reinforced by a wealth of knowledge and experience in football development. In addition to 15+ year's playing experience, achievements include coaching qualifications with the Football Association of Wales and a Certificate in Talent Identification with the Professional Football Scouts Association.
It was Daniel’s extensive commercial background and passion for football that inspired him to establish HSM Football Consultancy. As Managing Partner, he is determined to help talented football players and coaches realise their career ambitions, whilst upholding the principles and values expected of modern athlete representation.
With 30 years in business development and operations management, David provides key management support to our registered FA intermediaries. Customer solution focussed, David plays a key role in HSM's ability to fulfil the requirements of its clients across the globe.
During his career, David has held Fellow membership with the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) and achieved advanced certification with the Institute of Sales and Marketing Management (ISMM).
